How long does it take from order to delivery?

The time it takes to receive your order depends on two factors:

  1. Order Preparation Time

    • Blank apparel samples are prepared quickly.

    • Customized apparel (DTG printing, embroidery, labeling, private branding) takes longer.

  2. Shipping Time
     Once production is complete, shipping depends on your chosen method:

    • 📦 Standard Shipping (UK & Europe): 7–9 business days

    • 🚀 Express Shipping (UK & Europe): 3–6 business days

⚠️ Important: Shipping time does not include production/preparation time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Order size

  • Destination country

You’ll be able to choose between:

  • 📦 Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

  • 🚀 Express Shipping: 3–6 business days

At Humongous Clothing, we don’t inflate product prices to cover shipping. You only pay for the shipping method you choose.

Where does Humongous Clothing ship from?

We operate out of two primary hubs:

  • 🇵🇰 Faisalabad, Pakistan – for bulk and custom production

  • 🇵🇹 Portugal – for EU-friendly shipping and select product categories

This dual-base setup helps us offer flexible lead times and lower shipping costs for UK & European brands.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, and worldwide. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, simply contact us and we’ll confirm availability with our logistics partners.

Do you offer free shipping?

No. We believe in transparent pricing. Instead of including hidden shipping fees in product prices, we separate them clearly. This way, you only pay for the service level (Standard or Express) you prefer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Carrier details

  • Tracking link or tracking number

You can check your order status anytime until it arrives at your doorstep.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or damaged?

  • Delayed or Lost Orders: Use the tracking number to check directly with the carrier. If you need assistance, our support team is happy to step in.

  • Damaged Orders:

    1. Inspect the package carefully upon delivery.

    2. Take clear photos of the package, label, and damaged items.

    3. Report the issue to us within 48 hours.

    4. Our team will investigate with the carrier and provide a solution (replacement, refund, or credit).

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

  • Within the European Union (EU): No customs duties apply.

  • UK Orders: Depending on your order value, VAT or customs charges may apply.

  • Outside the EU/UK: Orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Since these vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office.
