Third-Party Logistics & Force Majeure
We partner with reputable couriers, but delays outside our control, customs clearance, transit delays, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics are not the fault of HUMONGOUS.CLO. We are not liable for such delays or related losses.
Refund & Return Policy: Why It’s Strict (But Fair)
Because each product is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or refunds once production begins. This policy ensures no wasted inventory and maintains high quality.
Here’s how our policy works:
Client Approval Required
Before production, clients must confirm samples, materials, sizes, and design in writing. No changes are accepted after production starts.
Standard Tolerances
Small variations within ±5% in size, color, or finish are normal. These are not considered defects.
Defect Claims: 7-Day Window
If you receive a defective item, you have 7 days from delivery to submit a claim, with clear photos. Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Once you confirm and production has started, cancellation is not possible. All payments are final.
Sampling vs. Bulk Differences
Bulk items may vary slightly from samples due to dye lots, fabric sourcing, or manual processes such variation is expected and not grounds for refund.
Intellectual Property & IP Risk
You confirm you hold rights to any designs, logos, or trademarks you provide. We are not liable for third-party IP claims.
Quality Check Agreement
All goods are quality-checked before dispatch. If you require custom QC standards, let us know before production.
